Dave Cobby, normally our drum tech, did a magnificent job of depping for our drummer Paul Burgess at the Nottingham Royal concert hall last Saturday.
Paul’s son Adam was getting married that day and Paul obviously had to be there.
When I introduced Dave to the audience he got a wonderful and well deserved reception.
He also joined us apres gig to do some signing.
Well done Dave. You did us, and Paul, proud.
We’re on a weeks break now and resume in Truro on November 6th for the next tranche of gigs.
